A TNA will uncover what skills your people may lack to carry out their roles effectively today and in the future. When holding a TNA, it is vital that all aspects of your organisation are considered. The TNA process is a series of activities conducted to identify problems or other issues in the workplace, and to determine whether training is an appropriate response to these. Sometimes training will not solve all the problems and you may need to make changes t systems or procedures to bring about the change you require.
